Revisions & refunds

Your $35 order includes one full personalized song, around 2–3 minutes long, with MP3 audio and lyrics delivered by email within 3 days (72 hours) of successful payment. Rush delivery within 24 hours adds $10, for a $45 total.

One correction for a missed must-have detail or incorrect name pronunciation is included when requested within seven days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and the detail that needs correcting.

Please double-check names, spellings, dates, pronunciation and must-have details before submitting your story. If you notice an error in your submission, contact us as soon as possible. Changes to the original story or creative direction after production begins may require an additional fee. We’ll discuss and agree on any charge before proceeding.

Request cancellation before production starts for a full refund. If your song is not delivered by the deadline for your selected option, contact us for delivery support or a refund. If the result does not reflect the agreed brief, please get in touch so we can make it right.

Privacy

Your email and story details are used to create and deliver your song, manage your order and provide support. Stripe processes payments; this site does not receive or store your full card details. Cloudflare stores order records and audio. Resend sends order and delivery emails. When configured, Twilio sends an order alert to the business owner.

Your unfinished questionnaire is saved on this device for up to seven days. Use “Clear draft” in the questionnaire to remove it, especially on a shared device. It is also cleared when this browser confirms successful payment.

We count basic browsing steps to understand whether visitors reach checkout. These counts do not include your story, name, email, IP address or full browsing history. A random identifier in this browser tab prevents repeated counting of the same step; the server retains event-specific hashes for up to 90 days. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Paid-order totals are calculated separately from transaction records.

The purchaser receives the finished audio and lyrics by email. Nothing is automatically sent to the recipient. Your secure MP3 link is unlisted; anyone you share it with can download the song. Avoid submitting financial information, sensitive personal data, or details you do not have permission to share.

Completed MP3s, lyrics and order records stay in the internal archive with no automatic deletion, so the original song can be resent on request. Contact us to request access to or deletion of your order data, subject to required transaction records.

Terms & personal use

Anna Sharp is a fictional virtual musical artist. No claim is made that a human artist personally performs or records your order. Orders are for personalized music created through this virtual artist. Standard delivery costs $35 USD. Optional 24-hour Rush delivery adds $10. There is no subscription.

You must be 18 or older to order and have permission to submit the details you provide. The finished song is for personal gifting and noncommercial enjoyment, including private sharing and noncommercial personal posts. Copyright remains with Keystone Logistics & Supply unless separately agreed in writing.

Advertising, business use, film, podcasts, monetized media and other commercial uses require separate written permission. Contact us before ordering for commercial use; there is no commercial licensing package in the personal-song checkout.

We cannot fulfill requests involving abuse, unlawful content, or imitation of a specific living artist. Orders become active only after confirmed payment. Delivery timing begins at successful payment; your confirmation states the deadline.
